Thrust Washers, Flanged Bushings & Wear Plates

Thrust washer and wear plate on white background

Not every sliding surface is a plain sleeve. Thrust washers take axial load; flanged bushings combine radial and thrust faces; wear plates and slide plates protect linear or wedge surfaces in molds and machinery. Liantuo Bushing supplies these forms across the same construction families as our sleeve lines — especially graphite-plugged and PTFE-lined — cut or machined to drawing.

When to use

  • Axial load in addition to (or instead of) radial load
  • Mold slides, wedge blocks, and linear wear surfaces
  • Flanged positions that need a one-piece radial + thrust face
  • Replacement wear plates matched to an existing construction

Forms available

  • Thrust washers (graphite-plugged, PTFE-lined, and other constructions as specified)
  • Flanged bushings
  • Wear plates / slide plates (graphite-plugged common in molds)
  • Custom blanks and finished plates to drawing

Materials

Follows the parent construction (graphite-plugged, PTFE-lined, or other as specified).

Typical duty

Injection and stamping mold guides and slides; die-set wear plates; equipment thrust faces; BOM lines that call for washer or plate rather than a plain sleeve.

Operating envelope (qualitative)

Follows the parent construction (graphite-plugged vs PTFE vs other). Send load direction, stroke, temperature, and mating-surface notes with the RFQ.
